"Always have a goal, but never compare yourself to someone else".
These past few months, I notice that my body shape are getting bigger instead of getting fit. So I decided to workout again, I planned my routine and to have a proper diet to get my body shape fit again. Before I started to workout I watched first some videos on youtube that will help me what should I do to lose weight and I saw this videos were there are people that are extremely fat and they become fit. I told myself, If they can do it, I can do it also. So last month I started to workout out and I admit that it was really difficult for me again because I stopped for a long time and my body are no longer trained. If I really want to lose weight, I need to discipline myself when it comes to food and I need to have a proper diet. I was really inspired by those people that they've changed their body shape even it will take a long time to accomplish on having good body, they did it because of their hard work and perseverance and I know that I can do it too.
